Pay: $30.00 – $50.00/hour (based on experience) \n About the Role\n
We are looking for a Lead CNC Programmer proficient in all levels
of Mastercam to guide programming operations in our fast-paced CNC
machine shop. You’ll be creating toolpaths, optimizing machining
strategies, and supporting quick-turn prototype and production runs
across industries including medical, aerospace, and mechanical
parts . \n Key Responsibilities\n \n Develop, optimize, and
troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam \n Lead programming for
prototype and production parts \n Collaborate with machinists,
engineers, and QC staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency \n
Support rapid prototyping and Just-In-Time (JIT) production \n
Drive process improvements and programming best practices \n \n
Qualifications\n \n Proficiency in Mastercam programming (required)
\n Strong background in CNC machining and setup \n Experience in
prototype and short-run production environments preferred \n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven shop \n Excellent
