UX/UI Designer, Small Business Card The Small Business Card Design

charged with disrupting how small business owners interact with
their money, their bank, and their financial lives. The Small

servicing platform that is simple, relevant and delightful to

using tools like Sketch and Figma, and can efficiently use your
skill set to develop new designs within existing and new visual
systems and design languages.

What you’ll bring:
A portfolio which highlights strong understanding of User
Experience Design including (but not limited to): user flows, IA,
journey mapping, and translating customer research and insights
into wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
Understanding of interface and interaction patterns and best
practices for various platforms, as well as experience working
within a responsive design framework.
Knowledge of human-centered design and UX practices. Use a range
of methodologies (like design research, service blueprinting,
collaborative work session design and facilitation, rapid
prototyping, and frameworking) to strategically define ideal
Ability to plan, conduct and synthesize user research, and
develop journey maps and user flows.
Constantly bring stakeholders along the design journey,
leveraging diverse perspectives and skillsets. In this role, you’ll
use visual and verbal storytelling to share your discoveries,

Experience working within established brand guidelines and style

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience with user experience (UX) and
user interface (UI) design
Master’s degree in a design related field
5+ years of experience with user interface (UI) design
5+ years of experience designing for omni-channel services
Mobile design or mobile development experience
3+ years of experience with user experience research
