Maintain electronic records and systems. Ensure effective administration and clerical support.Responsibilities: include:* Enters operations information into the computer system. * Generates operational reports (e.g. customer metrics) and checks for accuracy. * Performs warehouse incident investigation and reconciliation* Resolves problems, including with inventory control* Drops orders to the warehouse for picking.* Assists customers with issues (e.g. billing) as necessary. Environmental requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
