The position of Operations Support Specialist is within our Rapid Diagnostics business. This role is responsible for the monitoring of front desk/office functions, and support of various Federal contract department operations including the medical review office and data management teams.This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for office front desk functions including incoming mail and elevator monitoring.
  • Update internal clinic managing software with changes to clinic status
  • Assign clinics to scheduling requests placed by clients
  • Assist agencies and team members with identifying clinic locations
  • Assist the MRO team with donor contacting as needed during high call volumes.
  • Compose and send professional emails as needed to internal and external contacts
  • Scan documents into internal imaging system and file accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with corporate culture along with an excellent customer service mentality
    • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
    • IT literate with a good level of experience in Word, Excel & Outlook.
