The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Client Success Executive, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Execution - ensuring consistency of response and relationship management post sales through support * Strategy and Planning - understanding the clients' short and long-term strategy with the goal to further integrate 3M solutions * Client Care & Advocacy - coordinate with 3M Heath Information Systems departments to resolve client issues, facilitate escalations, ensure rapid response to requests and be responsible for the overall satisfaction of the client account (this is a NON-SALES position) * Retention and Revenue - responsible for ongoing and continued client partnership with 3M Health Information Systems on existing products, including recognizing additional business needs/sales opportunities * Leadership and Coordination - own the client relationship and focused interactions for the client throughout the organization

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of fourteen (14) year of client relationship in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement * Seven (7) combined years of healthcare software and/or healthcare operation work experience * Five (5) years of account/project management experience * Five (5) years of direct client relationship management including executive level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Experience in managing professional/technical staff * Exceptional client relationship skills with ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy * Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and critical thinking skills * The successful candidate will exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic * Credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or equivalent work experience

Location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 50% domestically

Relocation Assistance: Not available

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
