**Aerotek is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for
17/hour to work with a large corporation in Richmond, VA!**
Interact with customers to provide information in response to
inquires about products and services.
Receive and enter customer orders into the computer via phone,
fax, e-mail and electronic transmission.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
and issue corrective action.
Search for documentation to resolve problems.
Confer with the purchasing department to obtain information
about customer's requests regarding product and availability.
Resolve customer problem by clarifying the customer's complaint,
determining the cause of the problem.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Review and verify orders upon completion for accuracy.
Maintain positive professional communication with all customers
Interface with all departments within the company
Apply customer service techniques.
Help to determine customer needs
Meet multiple daily deadlines
Immediate follow up with customers
Filing and other office details as necessary
Conduct meetings and activities
Must be willing to assist in any other areas of the company as
requested by upper management.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures
within the order entry field
Manage heavy incoming telephone calls
Answer phones promptly and professionally
Resolve problems while upholding the highest level of customer
Must be flexible with schedule
