Automated Logic is a part of Carrier Global Corporation, the leading global provider of healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.Our North American Field Operations showcases the strengths of Carrier Commercial Service, Automated Logic Corporation, Carrier Rentals, and Spot Coolers in providing world-class Commercial HVAC products and services.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Service Coordinator performs all department schedules; the tracking of labor and expense costs, processing work orders, contract charges, billings to customers, and payment accounting.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Own the local monthly branch service agreement renewal processPrepare all contract renewal proposals and other documents for customersFollow-up with contract customers and make required revisionsReconcile Service Contracts by managing cost transfersPrepare and submit all Service Agreement booking packages for renewals and time & material workPrepare time & material billings. Process invoices timely, improve on email tracking of detailsMaintain contract logs and schedule and document all department commitments for repairs, maintenance installation retrofit warranty, and parts. Begin to own the process, make decisions, keep paperwork in orderEnsure all Preventative Maintenance visits are scheduled and performed for each Service AgreementCall each Preventative Maintenance customer the day after each PM visit to ensure all work was satisfactory and address any open items.On open items and report dissatisfactionsMaintain Preventative Maintenance schedules in the accounting system for all visitsMonitor service receivables and suspend service when necessaryLog and track all service work orders (billable and non-billable) and reconcile all open tickets in a timely mannerEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; AA/AS degree preferred, Technical/BusinessSchool Certificate or Diploma; or another post-High School training (2-years duration)EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:5 years of experience within Building Construction/HVAC Industry strongly preferredUndergraduate degree in business, finance, or equivalent strongly preferredAccounting, purchasing, receivables, and AIA billing experience preferredMS Dynamics/ERP experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and AccessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work without close supervisionGood time management skillsAble to manage multiple competing priorities successfullyContinue to work on accuracy and details of invoices and part ordersContinue to work on email organizationCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
