The Opportunity

We are in search of a Dealer Support Representative to assist in providing exceptional support to our growing dealer network. This employee would have the unique opportunity to grow alongside the company and help shape the future direction.

This associate would help manage all existing dealer relationships through daily inbound and outbound, proactive contact. This individual will be the point of contact for the dealer, and a key contributor to client satisfaction. The individual would be responsible for addressing any questions regarding accounts or applications with timely and accurate information and would be responsible for building deep relationships with our dealers and retail partners. We are looking for someone with strong Customer Service experience and sound judgement, as well as someone who is trustworthy and able to work quickly, efficiently, and independently. We are looking for a flexible candidate that is ready to begin with a rapidly growing Company.

Duties And Responsibilities
Handles inbound calls from retailers to assist in lease application processing, reapplication procedures, lease limit increase requests, etc.
Proactively monitors inbound applications and outbound (to contact dealers) for irregularities and reversal possibilities and contact dealers when appropriate
Conducts back office processes such as funding and report generation to ensure a high-quality dealer experience
Provides early account management activities by proactively contacting new dealers to ensure Koalafi is the LTO provider of choice
Ongoing relationship management with stores

Qualifications
Someone who is proactive, trustworthy, analytical, and accountable
Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word)
Candidate must be able to work independently, unsupervised and efficiently
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment
