THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GLEN ALLEN, VA. -

motivated, full-time Leads Manager to join our growing team, who
will help us cultivate and manage our leads and build client
relationships. This is a vital role in our company, as this person
will be the first point of contact when homeowners inquire about
selling us their homes. This is a great opportunity for someone to
get a start in the real estate business and learn from the ground
up and with an opportunity to be promoted to an Acquisitions
position!Great attention to detail and a sense of urgency are key
for this position!We offer a generous compensation plan with room
to grow. - We start with a base of $18/hr and a bonus program that
should see this person making between $40,000 to $45,000 per year.

position!Responsibilities
- Builds rapport with sellers quickly over the phone and really
understands their pain points, gathers customer - - - -
-information by asking the proper questions
- Inbound leads communication- Answer/return phone calls from
seller leads
- Follows up with current and past leads
- Replies to emails and text messages
- Collect and enter leads/property information into the CRM,
maintaining simple spreadsheets and documents
- Scheduling and setting appointments for the Acquisitions

- Basic property valuation analysis- Making decisions about the
potential viability of real estate deals (Analyzing market data,
estimating repair costs, etc)
- Manages customer's expectations and aims to meet or exceed
targets and expectations
- Attends regular online meetings and/or conference calls
- Assist in administrative and team tasksQualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Basic proficiency with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs,
Slides, Calendar)
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new
software and systems
- Understands productivity and quality objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- People-oriented - Enjoys interacting with people, building
relationships, and talking on the phone
- Steady work history and proven record of accomplishments
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or
recommendations and make appropriate decisions autonomously -
- High school diploma or equivalent- A college degree is a
plus
- Ability to work an 8:30 am-5:00 pm schedule regularly and take
a few calls during evenings and weekendsCompensation$15.00-
$18.00/Hour base + Bonus Expected Earnings $40,000 to $45,000 per
