Experience Specialist based in Colonial Heights, Virginia. This is
an exciting opportunity to provide inside sales and customer
support for our portfolio of Energy Conservation rebate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Energy Conservation rebate applications
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and leads
- Make outbound calls to resolve outstanding enrollment
barriers
- Uncover customer interests and needs, discuss Energy
Conservation programs available
- Become a subject matter expert on our portfolio of Energy
Conservation programs; promote benefits
- Discuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and
conditions
- Resolve customer issues and address obstacles impacting
enrollment
- Initiate continuous improvements in rebate processing and
procedures
- Generate/ update reports and excel spreadsheets
- Partner with program lead and field representative to resolve
issues and improve performance You Must Have:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Inside sales experience
- Knowledge of Smart Thermostat devices as well as enrollment and
inside sales practices
- Data entry experience (sales, orders, claims, rebates), high
data entry accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook) We Value:

customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently
multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
- Proficient understanding of the principles and best practices
in customer service
