  • Manage tier 1 Help Desk tickets (reset passwords, routine issues,
  • etc.
  • Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with Virtual Server and Desktop Technologies.
  • Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
  • 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment

    Network , A or Security Certification preferred.
