WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Operations you will be responsibile for creating, managing and executing recruitment strategies for our operations team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our leaders and will work closely with our internal recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent acquisition services that meet the needs of our clients. -

• Develop and maintain relationship with leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals and objectives. -
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions across various industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients. -
• Work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure that we are providing high-quality talent acquisition services that meet the needs of our clients. -
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for our clients, including job postings, social media campaigns, and networking events. -
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. -
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to fill, cost-per-hire, and caniddates qualify, to ensure that we are meeting our clients' expectations. -
• Act as a liaison between our clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. -
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practives in talent acquisition and provide recommendations to our leaders to improve their recruitment processes. -
  WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in talent acquisition managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Minimum (1) year experience in an account management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Demenstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
