Job Description:

The Lee Group is currently seeking employees for Machine Operators in Sandston, VA

--- - - -Mon - Fri - 6:00am -2:30pm

--- - - -$18.00/hr

--- - - -Health, Dental, Vision Insurance

--- - - -Temp to Hire

Responsibilities and Skills Needed:

--- - - -Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
--- - - -Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
--- - - -Feed raw metal material
--- - - -Inspect parts with precision using appropriate measuring tools
--- - - -Test operation of machines periodically
--- - - -Fix issues that might occur during the shift
--- - - -Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
--- - - -Adherence to health and safety regulations
--- - - -Adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
--- - - -Attention to detail
--- - - -Teamwork and communication skills
--- - - -Physical stamina and strength
--- - - -Some tasks require the ability to see colors to determine if printing will meet customers' requirements for clarity.
