Job Description:

Work Location: Richmond VASchedule: Must be flexible to work on 1st,2nd and 3rd shift 9 months contract with a possible extensionCan start ASAP Pay Rate: 37/hr Job Responsibilities

In charge of quality assurance team
quality control for all manufactured product
maintains appropriate quality assessment documentation
provides written work instruction.

Job Requirements:
- manufacturing background in quality (2yrs).
- current leadership role
- lean manufacturing, quality management
- Clearly understands the Commercial Business he or she will support.
- A minimum of two years leadership experience in a manufacturing site, preferred in Operations (i.e. team lead, section lead, manufacturing lead roles)
- Has experience leading and directing others.
- Understands and is trained on key pillars as IIM (Innovation Initiative Management/ Early Management), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), and PM (Preventative Maintenance).
- Anti-slip and steel toed shoes are a requirement for this position.
