Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Main and single point of contact with current clients during
the implementation process to begin the additional needs
assessment, data collection, build out of the add-on services,
client training, and final review with other departments within the
organization.
- Build and customize HRIS application (when applicable) in
coordination with other services sold and other departments, when
necessary.
- Communicate with other departments ongoing status and
coordinate additional product setup with implementation
setup.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Associate degree, college, or technical school, a CPP, or 1-2
years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Equal ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills for online and potentially on-site
client training when necessary
- Candidate must be detail oriented and can manage multiple tasks
in a fast-paced, complex and deadline-oriented
environment.
- Effectively managing multiple concurrent projects
- Must be flexible to overtime when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer
service and timely responses to client communications.
- Highly motivated individual that is a self-starter in a
fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, advanced
knowledge in Excel
