    Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

    • Main and single point of contact with current clients during the implementation process to begin the additional needs assessment, data collection, build out of the add-on services, client training, and final review with other departments within the organization.
    • Build and customize HRIS application (when applicable) in coordination with other services sold and other departments, when necessary.
    • Communicate with other departments ongoing status and coordinate additional product setup with implementation setup.
    • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

      Here's what we're looking for:

      • Associate degree, college, or technical school, a CPP, or 1-2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      • Excellent time management skills
      • Equal ability to work independently and with a team.
      • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
      • Strong presentation skills for online and potentially on-site client training when necessary
      • Candidate must be detail oriented and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, complex and deadline-oriented environment.
      • Effectively managing multiple concurrent projects
      • Must be flexible to overtime when necessary.
      • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and timely responses to client communications.
      • Highly motivated individual that is a self-starter in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
      • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, advanced knowledge in Excel
      • You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths.
