• Ability To Move Up QuicklyJob DetailsAs a Soil Scientist, you and your teammates of engineers and scientists will complete soil evaluations, design onsite sewage disposal systems, and inspections for a wide range of project types and clients. You will maintain solid relationships with a diverse client base.As a Soil Scientist, you will:Conduct site and soil evaluations for new developmentDesign onsite sewage disposal systems for residential, commercial, and municipal usageWork with in-house design engineers on secondary and tertiary treatment and dispersal systemsConduct inspections of system installationPrepare technical reports, drawings, and design documentsConduct various natural resource studies, including perennial stream assessments, wetland delineations, and RPA determinationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS Position Requirements:Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Geology, Soil Science, or Environmental Science preferredAOSE (Alternative Onsite Soil Evaluator) License preferredMinimum of 5 years practical experience in aspects of soil science and system design preferredAdvanced technical writing skillsGood organizational skillsGreat attitude and a desire to grow professionallyInterested in hearing more?
