Sentara Health Plan is hiring for a Team Coordinator - Enrollment Operations Support Services.

This is aFull-Timeposition, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

Job Responsibilities

The Team Coordinator for Enrollment Operations Support Services is a leadership role managing the day to day functions of Enrollment Support Services teams. The functions and responsibilities of the Team Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Creating professional development, corrective action and success plans for team members

Creatively resolving complex issues and roadblocks through analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Serving as a resource and strategic partner for all internal and external customers

Ensures all Key Performance Indicators, compliance, regulatory and performance guarantees are met or exceeded

Over sees all operational processes related to Enrollment member communications including letters, ID cards and member guides

Identifying opportunities for improvements, functional gaps or improvements with the focus of providing quality enrollment services to our customers

Develop and present leadership and project summaries to various levels of leadership and audiences

Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures and standard operating procedures

Leader and ensure oversight of all projects and initiatives

Communicates pertinent information to internal and external stakeholders in a manner that is most appropriate for the audience and purpose

Job Requirements:

  • Required to have Bachelor's Degree in related major (Operations, IT or Reporting)
  • Applicants who do not have their Bachelor's Degree will be required to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.
  • Required to have 3+ years of related work experience

    Preferred Requirements
    • Preferred to have project management skills
    • Preferred to have time management skills
    • Preferred to have PMP certification
