We value compassion, excellence, and unity as we achieve our vision of setting the standard of excellence for patient-centered, high-quality care.Job Summary:The Radiology Technologist position is responsible for demonstrating all radiological procedures as described in the departmental policy while maintaining patient quality and care.Primary Functions:Prepare patients for radiological procedures while ensuring safety protocolsObtain quality radiographs promptly; process and accurately digitize images with correct patient dataMaintain examination rooms, equipment, and cleanliness.Ensure that all equipment is working well and in compliance with laws and regulationsComply with radiation safety guidelines and operates radiographic equipment safelyAssist with additional duties as requiredQualifications:Registered Radiology Tech by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) or ARRT registry eligible.Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License requiredCurrent CPR certification preferredAt least 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, preferredPre-Employment background check, drug screen and TB test required for all new hires.OrthoVirginia, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#RADOVRequirements:by Jobble
