Restaurant Shift Leader/Hardee's Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

About the Job
As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Supervising shifts and maintaining company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  
• Training and developing crew members under management's direction
  
• Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with management and crew
  
• Conducting crew meetings to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, and training
  
• Managing labor costs and inventory to meet company standards
  
• Maintaining reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  
• Ensuring personal appearance meets company standards and displaying professionalism at all times
  
• Ensuring all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced

  • Meet physical demands required of the role
    
  • Be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
    
  • Have 1 year of shift management experience
    
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
    
  • Have a valid driver's license (preferred)
