Based in Everett, WA, USA - focused on production and repair of aerospace ventilation systems you are our key to support France to USA transfer project and industrialization.Key Missions

• Project Management: Manage planning and tasks linked to the new products industrialization.
• Planning: Guarantee respect of planning, tasks, and milestones. Ensure On Time Delivery of each first produced batch parts.
• Tasks: Manage the qualification of samples, process, and assembly. Perform process risk analysis.
• Industrialization: Build the Industrialization file - its milestones and manufacturing process.
• Reports: Report to the Head of Operations of SAFRAN Ventilation Systems USA LLC. Weekly inform French and US Safran Team of the progress of each product development. Inform / highlight / escalate issues without delay.Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
