Archery Coach Nova Fencing and Archery Club - Falls Church, VA Part-time or Full-time - Evenings & Weekends - Competitive Pay "The Club that Champions Call Home" Nova Fencing and Archery Club is seeking passionate and skilled Archery Coaches/Instructors to join our growing team. Whether you're helping someone shoot their first arrow or preparing athletes for competition, you'll be making an impact in a community that values growth, excellence, and love for the sport. Our club mission is to instill a love of sport and to provide our athletes the opportunity to pursue their dreams. We work with archers of all levels-from complete beginners to national-caliber competitors-and aim to create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Responsibilities: Lead engaging group and private archery lessons for youth and adults Teach safe shooting techniques, proper form, shot execution, and alignment Provide individual feedback, encouragement, and performance corrections Assist in creating and refining curriculum and instructional materials Support club events including tournaments, afterschool programs, and leagues Help promote student growth and encourage archery equipment sales Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment Qualifications: USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Experience working with beginners, especially children and adults Must be available to work evenings and weekends Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player who can also work independently Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office) Must pass a background screening Why Join Nova Fencing and Archery Club?
