Job Title: QA Technician
Pay Rate: $18.50HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm, 7:00 am - 3:30pm, 12 - 8:30pm on a rotating basis, some Saturdays and Sundays for 4 hours depending on rotation.

  • Believes in the "Safety First" philosophy. Complies with all safety standards. Actively participates in safety programs and is a safety advocate.
  • Promotes positive team interaction to support a unified approach to achieving company goals. This includes the ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written), receive constructive criticism and alter performance to correct deficiencies, train, be trained, work to resolve team conflicts, and proactively support other members of the team.
  • Conducts both raw material and product testing/grading.
  • Conduct QA training for operations.
  • Compiles and evaluates all quality test data.
  • Operates all spreadsheet, word processing, and database software.
  • Conducts special testing in support of production issues and customer claim investigations.
  • Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots lab equipment.
  • Writes and improves QA operational procedures. QA Technician Job Requirements:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, have sound multi-tasking skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize multiple assignments with minimal loss in efficiency.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Excellent safety performance.
    • Meets or exceeds company standards for attendance.
    • Flexible work schedule is required.
