• $8,000 TRANSITION BONUS!!! *must be in orientation by 4/2/21
• NEW Starting rate is .49cpm (yearly pay increases)
• Additional .05 cpm loaded miles in CT and above
• Drive over 2,200+ miles in a pay period and earn additional .03cpm on ALL miles
• Pay increases EVERY year
• Drivers can expect to be out for 5 5.5 days and home for 34-48 hour reset
• Dedicated account with familiar freight lanes
• Drivers will assist with unloading trailers
• Options to earn more by staying out longer than standard 5-6 daysAll Cowan Regional Road Drivers will enjoy:
