Job Description:Enterprise description: Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area. Business description: Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with Global Payment Operations COO Team, and GPO Senior Leadership Management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. --Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Required Skills:

  • Strong Executive Presence and Communications (Written and Verbal)
  • Accounts Payable experience - invoice validation and processing
  • Engagement with Corporate Workplace and facility related projects
  • Highly proficient in data aggregation, integration, and analysis
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio
  • Facilitation of COO function recurring meetings
  • Direct support to GPO COO to establish meetings Desired attributes:
    • Takes initiative and demonstrates a focused desire to understand responsibilities and drive/implement improvements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadership, as well as, confidence to field questions directly from Senior Line of Business Supervisors
    • Must possess high attention to detail
    • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
    • Must be able to deliver results with limited direction and supervision
    • Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently
    • Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities
    • Excellent project/program management skills
