Job DescriptionSalary: $150-$200 Daily PayWe are eagerly looking for a fast paced, extremely neat Electrical Apprentice to be a direct support for our installation team. Duties of the Electrical Apprentice are installing residential photovoltaic (PV) systems. Sunlight Solar's electrician is dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Must be able to do retrofit electrical on older homes
  • Ability to bend conduit (MANDATORY)
    • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding
      • Must be able to mount equipment and conduit in an aesthetically pleasing manner
        • Must have own electrical tools
          • Must have own reliable transportation
            • Must be able to read electrical line diagrams and install a system per plan
              • Must be able to overcome road blocks and make adjustments on the fly that are code compliant
                • Must have a basic understanding of electrical codes
                  • Understanding of string configuration
                    • Must be able to complete voltage drop calculations and be familiar with amperage ratings as they relate to sizing wiring
                      • Pipe bending and Wiring
                        • Inverter mounting and wiring
                          • Must have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must deliver a high level of customer serviceTo be considered for our Electrician opportunity, you must demonstrate the following:
                            • Must be able to learn the solar application quickly and be able to install both the DC and AC portions of a solar electric system
                              • Electrician certification is a plus
                                • Must have good customer interface skills/personality
                                  • Must have clean driving record/valid driver's license
