Job DescriptionReceiving Department Lift Truck Operator – 2nd Shift Department: DC ReceivingReports to: Receiving ManagerOperating hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. or as directed by Receiving ManagerStarting pay: $13.00 per hour + up to $2.00 per hour shift differential + up to $1.00 per hour after completing training and certification + up to $3.00 per hour incentive pay based on team performance Company OverviewShades of Light is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in the $800 billion home furnishings market.   • Inspect lift truck equipment daily and adhere to all safety protocol
  • Promptly report any safety concerns to management
  • Put product from the receiving department to the shelves
  • Use software application to accurately record item numbers, quantities, and shelf locations of product being put to the shelf
  • Assist shipping department with picking product for customer order fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
  • Cross-train in other areas of the DC operation as needed Basic qualifications

    • Ability to effectively prioritize and remain focused in a fast paced, growing work environment
    • Experience using industrial material handling equipment is a plus Physical demands and work environment
