As we look to the future, Lansing is focused on taking the industry by storm through a best-in-class experience for our associates and our customers.Summary:The Collections Analyst is responsible for the collections of past due amounts for assigned accounts and resolving credit-related issues through addressing incoming phone calls and emails from Lansing branch associates and customers.Responsibilities:Collect past due amounts on assigned customer accounts.Independently work with customers and branch locations to manage past due accounts while supporting the sales function.Identify accounts needing to progress to the next level of collections.Assisting customers with invoices, statements, and reconciliations for assigned branch locations.Handle incoming phone calls and emails from Lansing associates and customers to accept payments and resolve credit-related issues. Involves decision-making on managing past due accounts, responding to billing questions, and reconciliation of accounting records with customers.Some travel required (less than 5%).Required Qualifications:2+ years related experience in a credit/collections environment.Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.Strong customer focus.Ability to handle high transaction volume.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to reconcile accounting records.Communication proficiency.Basic proficiency with Excel and Word.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverageCompany paid life insurance and disabilityCompany paid parental leaveIndustry leading 401k matchPaid holidaysPaid vacation timeHealth and wellness programThank you for your interest in our company.
