Associated scaffolding is seeking a motivated and career-driven
Scaffold erector to provide support & supervision to all scaffold
construction jobs in Richmond territory.As a family-owned company,

performance.As a scaffold erector, your essential duties &
responsibilities are:
Ensure that all scaffolding, shoring,
trash chutes, & fencing is constructed by OSHA and Industry
standards. Act as the competent person on projects. Schedule all
work within an established territory. Advise the Branch Manager of
anticipated equipment / PPE requirements as needed. Continuously
train and mentor all erectors under your direction. Ensure all
personnel has the proper PPE and training. Support the Branch
Manager with company programs such as Training, Safety, and Quality
Control. Undertake other duties or special tasks as assigned by the
Branch Manager.Underpinning of success
At least 21 years old.High School
Diploma or equivalent.Current in-state driver's license with a good
driving record.Ability to read & understand architectural
blueprintsAbility to pass Background Checks for access to
Government and secure facilities/job sites.Available for travel
including overnight travel.Available for some weekend/after-hours
work.Positive Attitude/Ability to lead/instruct a team.Excellent
verbal communication.Professional Appearance.Training Requirements:
Competent Person Training in
Supported Scaffolding, Suspended Scaffolding, Shoring, & Fall
Protection.OSHA 10 Hour & 30 Hour Courses for Construction (30hour
course within a year after hire).All candidates must submit to drug
testing, a criminal background check, and an E-Verification of
