OBJECTIVES OF ENGAGEMENT-
ELECT - Business Analyst 2
MAX VENDOR RATE 54.48
HYBRID - Must be willing to work at least 3 days/week ON-SITE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Seeking resources who are proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Election experience strongly preferred
" Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team
" The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors
" The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
" Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (4), JIRA and Confluence
" Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
