Dash In is currently seeking a FT Site Maintenance Associate with customer service or maintenance experience to join our Dash In team for our store in Midlothian, VA starting at $15 an hour!

Job Purpose and Function

Dash In is currently seeking a Site Maintenance Associate to join our Dash In team!

The essential function of a Site Maintenance Associate will be to execute and maintain the brand standards of the interior and exterior of the store and property including our Splash In car washes. Under the direction of store management, the site maintenance associate will work to perform routine maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of Dash In.

How You'll Make an Impact

--- Maintain overall cleanliness of store and property
--- Clean forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interior of the store
--- Perform general repairs and maintenance of facility
--- Enhance overall appearance of the store through timely trash pick-up and disposal
--- Maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum systems readiness
--- Provide excellent guest experience through customer interactions
--- Perform merchandising functions such as stocking coolers and assisting with deliveries
--- Willingness to work in and contribute to maintenance improvement and associate involvement to support the needs of the business
--- Timely communication to store management regarding any maintenance issues

What We're Looking For

--- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
--- General knowledge of hand and portable tools, such as power washer, sprayer, and limited power tools.
--- 6 months of Customer Service or 6 months in a Maintenance related field
--- Able to lift 50lb
--- Stand or be mobile for at least 6 hours at a time
--- Able to work outside in all seasons
