• This role will also support the IT Procurement team in purchasing IT Goods and Services.
  
• Experience with Requests for Quotes, Requests for Proposals, Invitation for Bids, and Requests for Information.
  
• Experience working with Statements of Work.
  
• Comprehensive analytical skills and the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.
  
• Tracking of large purchases through the procurement stages by capturing the current status on a Kanban board and preparing various reports.
  
• Oversees a wide range of administrative and technical functions necessary for effective office management.
  
• Independently performs all administrative and fiscal tasks with accuracy.

  • Promoting good customer service to internal & external customers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word) are required.
    
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks and has a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    • Experience managing goods and services procurements in a large, multi-dimensional business environment.
      
    • Extensive experience in the use of computers and software (Microsoft Office) applications.
      
    • Excel pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, etc.
      
    • Customer Service to broad audiences; professionals, vendors, and executives.
      
    • General knowledge of accounting and financial management.
