Description
Title: Senior Claims Resolution Analyst
Location: Remote, National - 0-3 days in office a month could be
required
How you will make an impact:
Responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting and
coordinating the resolution of escalated and/or complex claims
issues that span across multiple operational areas and requires
expert knowledge of all systems, tools and processes.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Provide project
team leadership. Coordinate the identification and resolution of
root causes involving configuration, claims and/or contracting
activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
SAFe Agile PO/PM experience and/or certification
Experience with claim encounters
Experience with Facets
Knowledge of ANSI 835/837 files
Experience with Jira Align
Experience with PEGA
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below
locations, the salary range for this specific position is $51,680
to $93,024*
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey
City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County,
NY
