Share Print Business Analyst 4 Primary Location: Richmond, Virginia V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 4 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia. Education and Experience Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements. Experience working with automated workflow systems and Medicaid is a plus. Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is preferred. Demonstrated experience working in a project management office or supporting projects. Demonstrated on-the-job experience gathering, compiling, evaluating and interpreting complex information, as well as clearly presenting this information to stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter. Experience serving as project lead for complex projects. Experience working independently, effectively managing multiple tasks and directional changes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Develops and/or contributes to project reports including but not limited to: project status, budget and dashboards. Ability to capture key elements in brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction and lead group to define and achieve goals. Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent change. Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills.
