Professional Analysis, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Military
Logistics Planner to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems
Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, an Echelon III command located in
Washington D.C.PAI is a Veteran Owned Small Business focused on

our country.The Military Logistics Planner should be familiar with
federal contracting support in general and have specific experience
working with Naval Expeditionary forces. This individual will serve
as a Navy Subject Matter Expert for the development and application
of design and construction criteria for contingency operations. The
individual will provide military logistics planning expertise,
specifically for engineering enabler functions associated with
operations and contingency plans. Knowledge of the Navy Planning
Process; Marine Corps Planning Process, and the Joint Planning
Process is preferred.The Military Logistics Planner is expected to
develop and review existing Navy and Joint doctrine related to
NAVFAC's contingency engineering roles; and to review and
coordinate Navy and Joint engineer logistics and contingency
contracting doctrine impacting NAVFAC and Navy's operating forces.
The individual will work closely with senior civilians, military
senior and junior officers, and senior enlisted within NAVFAC
Atlantic, as well as with NAVFAC Echelon II and IV Commands to
resolve problems and to justify, defend, negotiate or settle
