Our analyst will drive continuous improvement, develop marketing sourcing strategies and lead & support talent initiatives that ensure our stores and recruiters have the tools necessary to hire successful associates.

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities


  • Identify candidates by preparing job board postings and developing recruitment marketing campaigns, researching and targeting potential candidates, in particular, for critical skill segments
  • Consolidate recruitment marketing campaign performance analysis across various stakeholders & identify key drivers of campaign impact and areas for improvement with regards to both creative and media execution
  • Provide recommendations on media performance to optimize ROI; lead discussions among Marketing and Talent Acquisition Leadership on recruitment marketing, employer branding and talent sourcing strategies; execute plans to improve performance
  • Use advanced data analysis and tools to ensure Talent Acquisition analytics are valid, meaningful, rigorous and provide actionable and comprehensive insights; partner with & support the team to help them answer strategic questions, make insightful data driven business decisions and properly design new initiatives
  • Lead and participate in cross functional business initiatives as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert & provide analytical support on strategic, tactical &/or technically challenging projects, to include various recruiting technology initiatives
  • Partner with key resources to define, develop, enhance and track TA metrics and dashboard requirements to deliver results and provide insight & recommendations on trends
  • Develop & manage TA's budget planned vs. actuals

    Purpose of the role

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst will play a key role in delivering on our team priorities by leveraging TA data and analytics to support tactical and strategic business initiatives & identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The Senior Analyst will provide high quality data insights sourced from various internal and external resources, build predictive analytics and ultimately make recommendations for future enhancements that will inform our Global TA Strategy, solve organizational problems and empower business decisions. The senior analyst will team with our Recruitment Marketing Lead to develop and deliver attraction plans for critical segments, perform analytical and strategic planning support duties related to Employer branding, Recruitment advertising and talent attraction marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required
    • Minimum of 3+ years of related talent acquisition and recruitment marketing experience required
    • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
    • Experience creating queries & compiling data from SQL & Tableau experience required
    • Experience with Workday Knowledge & Skills preferred
    • 1-3 years project management experience preferred
    • Passion for telling stories through data and advanced capability in manipulating, aggregating, visualizing large data sets to derive intelligent insights
    • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and a quick learner
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and creatively solve problems
    • Excellent communication with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to conduct root cause analysis
    • evaluate complex issues and develop innovative solutions
    • Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to use functional knowledge while serving as a resource for internal customers, field management teams & external customers
    • Minimal travel required
