Job Title: Maintenance/Contract Salesman Job Summary: To acquire new preventive maintenance contract opportunities for HVAC systems in the Richmond, Virginia area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Generate prospective sales leads through cold calling and networking. - Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective clients. - Attend site visits to determine the customers HVAC needs. - Develop a preventive maintenance plan for customers using maintenance estimating software. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or five years of HVAC industry experience - Valid drivers license and clean driving record - Career minded - Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
