As the Inside Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Make and receive telephone sales calls from current and new customers
  • Increase revenue through opportunity, cross and up selling
  • Focus on customer retention and acquiring new customers through cold calling, trade show leads, customer inquiries and additional lead generation avenues as applicable
  • Exhibit and provide exemplary sales and customer service skills
  • Work with Domestic Sales Managers to meet/exceed monthly individual and team sales goals through a collaborative effort to increase SKU placement through all channels
  • Represent RSC by attending retail trade shows and veterinary conferences
  • Work as a liaison and as an inside partner with the outside Domestic Sales Account Managers
    What you need:
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous Sales experience
    • Some college or 2-4 college degree preferred
    • Maintain working knowledge of our products and take initiative to learn about new products
    • Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerPoint and Salesforce preferred
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment as well as be self-motivated
    • Some traveling is required, will attend at least one to two trade shows a year, if not more
