Overview:The Sales Administrator position, supports the sales team and various Proseal departments with administrative duties. Proseal is a leading provider of tray sealing technology. Proseal is a leader in the food Industry, with a strong presence in various industries. Proseal America has a strong and team-oriented culture, where service is a vital component.Responsibilities:Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate sales quotations including creating specifications for products
• Process customer orders including issuing purchase orders to parent company and third-party suppliers
• Assist in overall management of Salesforce and Pronet to include assisting with leads and opportunities
• Request and obtain new customer paperwork, tax exemptions, and materials from customers at point of sale
• Communicate order updates from point of sale to installation with both customer and other internal departments
• Assist in chasing customer payment
• Updates Proseal stock list and orders equipment as necessary
• Participate in tradeshowsQualifications:Job Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of general administration experience Job Requirements
    • Willingness and ability to acquire applicable Proseal product knowledge
    • Outstanding ability to communicate and build positive rapport with current and new customers
    • Proficient in active listening, and asking well thought out questions to engage potential customers
    • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities to finish tasks and meet important deadlines
    • Superb ability to adapt to change and keep pace with the ever-changing sales industry
    • Excellent ability to build relationships and work as a team
    • Excellent computer skills with emphasis on all Microsoft applications
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to finish tasks quickly and efficientlyPhysical Requirements and Work Environment
