Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., is seeking a seasoned NGA Strategic Growth &
Capture Lead to direct our business development efforts within the
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) sector. This role is
crucial for identifying, developing, and leveraging strategic
growth opportunities aligned with Vantor's expertise in AI-driven
solutions, data analytics, and cloud services. The ideal candidate
will utilize deep industry insights and a robust network within
government sectors to enhance our service delivery and secure new
contracts, shaping the future of digital services in government
operations. Develop a deep understanding of NGA missions and
operational needs, aligning our IT service offerings to these
requirements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within
the NGA, establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Lead capture efforts, from pre-RFP to proposal submission,
including strategy formulation and execution. Collaborate with
technical and project management teams to ensure proposals meet
client needs and operational standards. Maintain current knowledge
of industry trends, competitive landscape, and government
regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels to secure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of NGA, GEOINT, and overall intelligence
community operations. Proven track record in strategic planning and
business capture within the government sector. Robust analytical
skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing
cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment. 401k
Medical Insurance Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification preferred. Formal training in government acquisition
processes and/or capture management.
