the Dining Services team at Atlantic Shores is anxious to meet you!
As an Atlantic Shores Waitstaff you will work together with the
Dining Services team to make sure that our residents have an
enjoyable dining experience. This is a great entry level job where
you can grow and become a part of a team that feels like family.
Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15.50 and $18.60 based on
years of experience. This is a part-time opportunity with the
potential to go full-time. Evening and weekend availability is
required between Sunday and Saturday. Typical hours are 4-7:30pm or
11am-7:30pm. Additional compensation includes: Hourly employees:
1.5x Holiday Pay 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40
hours per week Full-time employees: Generous PTO beginning with a

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Position Summary: The Waitstaff
position is responsible for providing professional, efficient,
accurate and friendly service to our residents in accordance with
our standards of practice. Waitstaff will be able to greet
residents, take orders, process orders through a Point of Sales
system with a calm, friendly demeanor in keeping with a fine dining
experience. Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable
dining experience. Maintains a clean and organized dining area
throughout the shift. Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions
while taking food orders. Qualifications Education and/or
Experience: Entry level-no experience necessary. Prior food service
or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Good
communication skills. Ability to interact with residents, kitchen
staff, and dining team members. Organization and time-management
skills. Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
